My personal favorite cookie this time of year is this Soft Ginger Snap recipe listed below. This recipe is quick and easy to put together.  In addition, it makes the house smell amazing as it bakes, and while, gingersnaps are known for their crunch – these have a very soft texture.  I just love cookies at Christmastime.

𝕊𝕠𝕗𝕥 𝔾𝕚𝕟𝕘𝕖𝕣 𝕊𝕟𝕒𝕡𝕤 ℝ𝕖𝕔𝕚𝕡𝕖

Mix 3/4 C Shortening
1 C Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 C Molasses
Stir Into Above
2 1/4 C Flour
2 tsp Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Each Cinnamon & Ginger
Roll into Walnut Sized Balls. Dip Tops in Sugar. Bake 375 for 10 minutes.

Quick & Easy to Make and so Yummy! Bonus the smells make the house perfect for the holidays!
