As I sat down to prepare this month’s market analysis – I had to take a double check three or four times – I really could not believe how low the inventory is in both Salt Lake & Davis County. With the inventory being so low – it is no wonder that the prices of homes have increased and the days on the market remain low – I am talking ridiculously low – we have been in the single digits since late summer.
