When I was a child we would drive from my grandparents home in West Valley to our family home in Taylorsville on Christmas eve and every sparkling house increased the excitement of the season. Seeing the lights of the Christmas season bring this childhood anticipation back more than any other holiday tradition.
You can see lights everywhere this time of year, but there is something exciting about loading up the family, or taking a quiet drive with your favorite person and viewing the lights. Take your own hot-chocolate or stop at a local spot for a yummy beverage to enjoy.

Bountiful Main Street
This is a perfect location for a main street stroll to get in the holiday mood. It’s Davis Counties own Hallmark moment! Enjoy the lights and window decorations. You will have many options to Shop Small and Support Small Businesses along the way.
Bountiful Temple Neighborhood
A very special experience as the homes around this area put out banners telling the story of Christ’s birth. This should set a great mood for the holiday season.

Cross E Ranch – Christmas at the Ranch
This year will include a drive-thru tour which will include audio as well as lights and nativity. You will want to purchase tickets in advance and plan on picking up a doughnut or other yummy treat while you are there. Opening Thanksgiving weekend through Christmas. Purchase advance tickets.
Farmington Station Park
Elora’s Lights – Heritage Park Farmington – 1591 N 1075 W Farmington
This is a fun drive by with festive holiday blow-ups and lots of tree lights. Set up in memory of Elora who passed from pediatric cancer in 2017.
Kaysville Main Street
Lights on Sherwood Drive
An incredible light display that is truly a local favorite. Make it a must see for you and your family this year.
Layton City Park
Willard Bay State Park – Fantasy at the Bay Christmas Lights
This will be a Drive-Thru only this year and there is a charge per car. – but it is worth it. You can purchase viewing glasses for 3D viewing and level-up the experience. Calendar & More Info at this Link
