The weather changing is just part of the shift into the last quarter of 2020. Whew! The local Wasatch Front Real Estate Market shows no signs of slowing in price value. Both Davis & Salt Lake County had increases month over month from September. In addition the days a property is on the market dropped in October for Salt Lake County to 8 days and remained at 6 days for Davis County. Yes! Less than a week in Davis County. This is not a typical time frame and demonstrates the limited inventory that both markets display. Davis County has 21% fewer listings than 2019 and Salt Lake County is at 50% of 2019 inventory. WOW!
